This super easy, quick and delicious Tiger Prawn dish is a great choice as a starter or as main dish. It comes together in one pan baking dish and the meaty tiger prawns and veggies with the juicy sauce is finger licking good.

You can make it with regular prawns, tiger prawns or the king prawns, choice is yours. All you need is to add is some veggies in your baking dish and you’re good to go.

It’s a straight forward dish without much hassle and the oven does your job. You only need to sit and relax for 10-15 mins before your dish is baked and cooked.
The flavours of garlic, butter, olive oil, parsley, dill and lime juice comes together nicely and makes the prawns succulent and juicy.

For the extra zing and little heat I’ve added chopped Thai bird eye chilli and crushed black pepper.

I’ve added red bell pepper and blanched broccoli, you can add any veggies of your choice like, carrot, potato, zucchini, asparagus, etc, or if you don’t want to add any veggies then go ahead, there’s nothing wrong with it.
