This vibrant Tropical fruit salad is a must try if you’re a lover of fruit salad or any salad muncher. The natural sweetness of the fruits mix with the fresh mint and the ginger is simply delicious in every single bite.

Here I’ve used Rose apple, mango and dragon fruit. You can add any tropical fruit of your choice like pineapple, pear, papaya, lichee, guava, rambutan etc.

The fruits that I’ve used were sweet enough, so I haven’t used any sugar or any sort of sweetener. It’s always best and healthier to enjoy the fruit with its own sweetness. I’ve balanced the sweetness of the fruits by adding a juice of lime. This balanced the sweet and tart taste with the refreshing mint leaves. And the zesty aromatic ginger brought a bit of spicy tingle to the Salad.


Ingredients:
- 1 Sweet ripened Mango
- 5 Rose apple
- 1 dragonfruit
- 1/2 inch fresh ginger
- 5-6 mint sprigs
- 1/2 lime
Instructions:
- Thoroughly wash the rose apple in soda vinegar water. Let it sit for 7-8 mins and rinse well. Wash the Mango, dragonfruit and mint leaves as well.
- Peel the Mango and dragonfruit. Chop the mango and dragonfruit in small cubes.
- Slice the rose apples. Chop the ginger and the mint leaves.
- In a large bowl or deep plate arrange the chopped mango, chopped dragonfruit and rose apple slices. Sprinkle the chopped ginger and mint leaves. Squeeze half of the lime juice.
- Toss the fruit mixture until mint, ginger and lime is incorporated into a delicious composition of vibrant salad.
- Keep it refrigerated for 10-15 mins before serving.
- Serve it on a bowl and enjoy. Add nuts if desired.
